2. Product Purchase and Delivery
A. Purchase and Payment All payments are processed securely by PayPal. We are not responsible for any payment gateway issues. Your purchase is complete once payment confirmation is received.
B. Digital Delivery Guarantee Upon successful payment, the access link and/or download instructions for the digital product will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Guaranteed Delivery Timeline: We guarantee that the access link will be delivered within three (3) hours of purchase confirmation. If you do not receive the link within this window, please contact us immediately.
3. Usage License and Intellectual Property
A. Limited License The digital product you purchase is licensed, not sold, to you. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or single-user professional educational use only.

C. Ownership All content, materials, designs, and intellectual property (IP) contained within the digital product are the sole property of LEARN THE BASICS.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Given the nature of digital, downloadable content, our refund policy is strict but designed to be fair, particularly regarding our delivery promise.
A. Eligibility for Refund You may be eligible for a full refund only under the following specific conditions:
Failure of Delivery: The access link or digital product was not delivered to the email address provided at checkout within the guaranteed three (3) hour delivery window.
Major Technical Fault: The core digital product file is fundamentally corrupt, inaccessible, or technically non-functional, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 24 hours of being notified.
B. Non-Refundable Situations We do not offer refunds for:
Buyer's remorse or change of mind after the product has been successfully delivered and downloaded.
Inability to use the product due to lack of compatible software (e.g., you do not have a PDF reader).
Dissatisfaction with the content or outcome, as previews and descriptions are provided before purchase.
C. How to Request a Refund All refund requests must be sent within seven (7) days of the original purchase date to the contact email listed below, stating the reason for the request and providing your purchase receipt.
5. Limitation of Liability
LEARN THE BASICS and its owner/operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital product. Our total liability to you for any damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
